The search for the secret chamber behind Tutankhamen's tomb is going on.
In 2015, the Egyptian Antiquities minister had announced that there was a "90% chance" of finding a hidden room behind the tomb of the legendary Tutankhamen. Since then, the world has been waiting for an answer.
The hidden room was thought to contain the Queen Nefertiti, Tutankhamen‘s mother. Tutankhamen's stepmother Queen Nefertiti died in the 14th century BC but her resting place is still unknown. She was known as a most beautiful queen and is famously portrayed in a 3 300 year old bust found in Egypt.
After many tests and studies have been conducted, the ministry has finally confirmed that there have been no clues to expect such hidden room in Tutankhamen's tomb.
Tutankhamen‘s tomb was the single most significant archeological find in Egypt of the 20th century.
The mystery remains one of an endless list, waiting to be discovered!
